As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients in the retail industry. Your primary focus will be on understanding their needs, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. Your expertise in retail interior commercial projects, including fixtures, fit-outs, and shop-in-shop designs, will be crucial in providing strategic guidance and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the retail industry.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and project updates promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, project management, and production, to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients.
Conduct regular meetings and site visits with clients to review project progress and gather feedback.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance overall customer experience and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in client relationship management, preferably in the retail interior commercial sector.
Strong understanding of retail industry dynamics, including fixtures, fit-outs, and shop-in-shop designs.
Excellent communication,
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and si
te visits as required. (Interior industry)
