- Supervising & instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
- Inspecting the construction sites regularly to identify & eliminate hazards.
- Candidate must have experience in residential projects ( high rise, SRA projects )
- Maintaining an accurate record of the material.
