- Handling recruitment activities pan India which include sourcing, screening and conducting preliminary round
- of interviews
- Creating job descriptions basis the understanding provided by the department
- Ensuring optimum utilisation of online recruitment tools, employee referral and networking skills to find the
- right candidate
- Maintaining a database of candidates for future requirement of various roles within the organization
- Coordinating with the candidates post their selection for the required documentation and joining formalities
- Handling pre-employment background verification, salary negotiation and rolling out offers to selected
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
