Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
  • Monitoring And Controlling Sales/Marketing Activities.
  • Training To The Field Staff.
  • Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning.
  • Primary and Secondary sales consistency.
  • Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members.
  • Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
  • Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
  • Managing CFA.
  • Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
  • Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with zonal HR for the same.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Exposure into Diabetic & Neuro segment will be given first preference and Ortho, Multi-Specialty and Gastro will be given second preference.
  • Sales of engineering spare parts; team management experience.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication & leadership skills.
