- Lead Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementations
- Gather and analyze recruitment process requirements
- Configure job requisitions,career sites & offers
- Integrate ORC with HCM modules & third-party tools
- Conduct fit-gap analysis & testing (UAT,integration)
- Provide training,support & documentation
