Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Contact Korean clients with outstanding invoices via phone, email, and text
- Record all follow-up results in internal trackers with accuracy and consistency
- Prepare daily status reports (in both Korean and English) for internal review
- Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Sales, Finance) to clarify client status or escalate non-responsive cases
