Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide L1/L2 onsite desktop and remote support.

  2. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Thin Clients, Citrix, etc.).

  3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

  4. Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution per SLAs.
