Provide L1/L2 onsite desktop and remote support.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Thin Clients, Citrix, etc.).
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution per SLAs.
