Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & On-boarding of the best talent in the market in the least possible time
  • Coordination/Support in Onboarding, Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management of retail employees
  • Actively drive employee engagement strategies in response to business need
  • Drive performance management and follow through for Retail staff
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
  • Manage required employee relations investigations and other sensitive employee matters
  • Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers
