Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment / Talent Acquisition for Pan India business along with Global functions based in India.
  • Frequent communication with hiring managers, leadership, HR Partners and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to given timeline
  • Source candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Configure various sourcing/recruiting projects in addition to regular recruitment activity to ensure an agility model implemented to support business hiring needs, including but not limit to RPO project, ERP program, etc.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • 8 -13 years experiences in recruiting in a multi-national company, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Must possess high degree of independent decision-making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive time lines.
