Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Exp. in L1 IT infra monitoring (NOC)

  • Hands-on with SolarWinds, ITSM tools

  • Incident/alert handling & escalation

  • Basic OS, patch mgmt, server backup knowledge

  • Monitoring: servers, network devices, firewalls, storage, VoIP

  • Familiar with SNMP, WMI, syslog, NetFlow VMware

  • 24x7 shift support; day/night flexibility

  • Basic certs: CCNA/MCITP (preferred)
